We would like to provide you with a brief synopsis of our accounting procedures to put your mind at ease.  Our escrow accounts are reconciled on a daily basis by an internal auditor.  This helps us to ensure and protect against any fraud.  We currently underwrite with five underwriters whom perform annual audits.  These audits review internal controls, escrow closings, all of our escrow accounts and title policies, ensuring that adequate procedures are in place.
